Our Adoption Philosophy
My kittens are my babies and each new forever home is chosen with extreme care. I want them to go to a home where they will have the same standard of care that they receive here, however long that takes. But remember a kitten is still a kitten until age one year. A kitten that is 6,8,10 months old is still as lively, joyous and loving as a 4 month old and that 4 month old will not be that age for long.
Himalayans have a different personality from other Persians. It is probably from that long ago breeding with a Siamese. They are much more active and playful. I have 5 & 6 yr olds that still play like kittens
When you are choosing your kitten you should first have in mind what your family situation is like and what you yourself are looking for. You should never buy a pet for looks or sex. This is one of the reasons I do not allow home visits: people get sidetracked and can wind up buying the wrong kitten. I know which one is best for your particular situation. In 25 years on doing this , I have never had any one tell me they had been dissatisfied with my choice.
It is not good for you or the cat to be bounced around because you find that the cat you got, while beautiful, does not fit in.
Getting a kitten from me is like adopting a new member of the family, a forever member. If you don't feel that way then you best not waste your time looking here.
